Founded by Jon Rodriguez, our firm was built to serve the highly specialized talent needs of the Bitcoin mining, crypto infrastructure, and high-performance computing (HPC) industries. As a boutique, founder-led recruiting firm, every search is handled directly by Jon ensuring a high level of accountability, discretion, and hands-on expertise.
Jon brings over 10 years of recruiting experience, with the last 4 years dedicated exclusively to the Bitcoin, crypto, AI, and HPC infrastructure space. Most recently, he served as Head of Talent at Foundry, where he led hiring efforts across the organization during a critical period of growth.
During his time at Foundry, Jon hired and scaled teams of more than 200 employees spanning Bitcoin mining, staking, AI infrastructure, and corporate functions. His experience includes numerous executive and senior leadership hires, as well as highly specialized technical and operational roles in complex, capital-intensive environments. This firsthand, in-house experience gives him a deep understanding of what it truly takes to build and scale teams in this industry beyond what traditional recruiters can offer.
